Holly Park duplex development

This group of four duplexes was completed in November 2006. They are located in an established residential neighbourhood, bordering on a municipal park with playground. Stores are only a block away, schools and the new skate park are two blocks, and “Big Beach” and the Wild Pacific Trail are a five minute walk away.

As with all our work, the emphasis is on quality construction. Units are separated by soundproof concrete party walls. Exterior walls are protected from the elements with rainscreen construction. Entries are timber-framed of local cedar.

This development is set up as a "bare land strata", in which every unit owner will have title and control over his or her half of the building and its portion of the property, including parking and front and back yards. Only the driveway and guest parking areas are common strata property.
